Reservation Policy:
All reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance of the desired dining date.
The reservation will be confirmed once the full payment has been made.
Refund Policy:
All reservations are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in plans.
In case of unforeseen circumstances or restaurant closure, we will offer a rescheduling option or a credit voucher.
Date and Time Changes:
Once a reservation is confirmed, no changes in the reservation date and time will be allowed.
Minimum Reservation Size:
The minimum reservation size is 4 persons or above. We do not accept reservations for fewer than 4 people.
Order Changes:
Once the order has been placed, no changes can be made to the items or quantities ordered.
Any additional items or modifications to the order can be made at the restaurant’s discretion and may be subject to availability and will have additional fees
Restaurant Policies:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or violation of restaurant policies.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
Guests are required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies during their visit to the restaurant.
The restaurant reserves the right to report any suspicious or illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.
By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund or credit.
