3.1. Booking: When you make a reservation through MyGate, you are entering into a direct contract with the respective restaurant partner. We act as an intermediary to facilitate this transaction.
3.2. Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed reservations will be honored at the booked price.
3.3. Payment: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the specific package or voucher purchased.

4. General Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unless specified otherwise in a specific promotion or voucher (see Section 5 below), cancellation policies vary by restaurant. Please review the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. DaGate Resources Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to charge a processing fee for any approved refunds.

5. Special Provisions: Ramadan Buffet Vouchers

The following terms apply specifically to the purchase and use of Ramadan Buffet Vouchers on the MyGate platform:

  • Purchase Agreement: By purchasing a Ramadan buffet voucher, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these specific terms and conditions.
  • Redemption Validity: The Ramadan buffet voucher can be redeemed only during the Ramadan season at the specified venue. The exact date and time of the buffet validity will be communicated to you clearly upon purchase. Vouchers cannot be extended beyond the specified Ramadan period.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: The Ramadan buffet voucher is strictly non-refundable. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to no-shows, changes in personal schedule, or partial utilization of the voucher.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws. Copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, DaGate Resources Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties;
  • Any services provided by the restaurant partners (e.g., food quality, service standards).

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
